Dear friends,
This organization has
started its attempts since 1997 in Tehran with a small gathering and
from then on, has increased its support to supervise the unprotected
families.
We are honored to
inform you that besides these attempts, we were able to register the
name of the Mohebban – Eetame – Ali as an official organization on 2004
under the number 16447.
According to the
contents of the articles of association This is a nonprofit and non
political organization under the supervision of Islamic Republic of Iran
law. It is a type of organization mentioned in part one of article 2 of
the amendment by-law for the registration of non commercial
organizations and establishments in commercial law.
The central office is
located in Tehran and according to the regulations will be able to
establish representatives in different cities in Iran and abroad.
The basic foundation
of the organization consists of general assembly, board of directors, and
inspectors and its subfoundation are board of founders and specialized
committees and consultative society. The income and expenses of the
organization are being recorded in legal books and their balance sheet
will be handed over to the legal authorities at the end of financial
year.
The organization
should spend all the income obtained per year according to the articles
of its association for its purposes and in case of some remained amount
out of expenses, the sum will be saved in a special account under the
name of Mohebban- Eetam-Ali with in the official banks of Iran.

God in looking after the poor and to attend the orphans. We hereby
appreciate the kindness shown by our friends specially the patriots who
are quite familiar with the grieves of these people. We will never
